Dear Paul,
I have a strange and random ask for advice. my good friend recently moved into a two family house (renting an apt) in long island and had a disturbing experience last night.she dreamt that h er body was being possessed by a woman named Sara who was the former wife of an Indian chief . she wok e up screaming bloody murder at 3 a.m., and it felt like someone was sitting on her chest.
any thoughts on what the hell happened and how she can address it?

Dear Allison,
I have white sage, used by Native Americans, to cleanse an area of spirit negativity.
You are welcome, since you live close by, to get some from me to give to her.
Her neighbor is invoking, a dangerous ritual, and she is subject to random attacks from entities he brings in, who often masquerade as other 'spirits' but who are almost always daemonic who like sharks cruise in for an opportunistic meal.
They always first make a beeline for victim's feet.
Salt baths with Epsom salts generate a mild electrical current and soaking herself or more especially her feet for fifteen minutes in mega salt water can temporarily break attachments made-nightmares ARE attachments.
Three o'clock is classic demon attack time as they detest the Holy Trinity and this time symbolizes their distaste regardless of her own personal beliefs.

A vaporizer in her bedroom can provide humidity that reduces static charges and EMG, two things that assist daemonic attachments.
She must also visualize an electric lavender light or electric purple light aura around her in every direction; purple, not white light; this color is most effective; this is metaphysics, fighting fire with fire.
The more time spent visualizing this protective light, the more effective it becomes.
Visualizing an electric purple radiance/aura around you, when under attack works far better than using white light or even blue light, seen around you, with your 'third-eye'; electric-violet successfully repels even stronger types of demonics who cannot survive such visualized high frequencies, for too long.

Sensitives should avoid such locations, with all means possible
She can also defend herself by affirming, speaking loudly:(this activates the throat chakra and thus manifests in the astral plane much more effectively;
"I am surrounded by the power of God; I am surrounded by the light of God; I am surrounded by the love of God",
whenever she senses anything nasty around her.
Her neighbor must also be avoided, as he is surrounded by summoned evil that can jump off of his depleted energies and seek her fresher energies.
None of this is easy but combining salt baths, with affirmations and visualizations and other passive methods can make it much more difficult for demons to manifest easily.
Tell her to burn incense or oil diffuser scents in her bedroom, in addition (frankincense is most powerful as a deterrent) and to keep lights on at night and ceiling fans going, as demons need stillness and darkness to manifest .
All these things combined can markedly reduce obsession (attacks against her) and possession (the negative entity moving within her to control her mind and body).
I have learned and use the one minute method below to mute and blunt the worst attacks .
It takes only a little time to master it.

People don't know the repercussions of psychic attacks. I mean for the ones who attack others. Sure they will be harming the subject concerned, but they will have to receive multiple fold karma for the action carried out. The suffering that goes back to them for this is immense and the spiritual awakening is far from happening at least for another 100,000 years. The ones who don't believe in law of karma may say, 'your karma theory is a bitch'. But sorry, the message for them is, do a psychic attack, you are going down as hell forever - many more lives filled with relentless dissatisfaction and mental unrest.'Please log in to respond to this comment.Merely feeling resentment or harboring a grudge towards others can manifest as psychic attacks but the entities who are nonhuman do it to evoke anxiety attacks and achieve ultimate indwelling status of others who are almost always unsuspecting, unknowing and ill prepared.

This reality is so ineffable and so universal that one -in -the- know

As for the Indian trying to possess the woman in Long Island, NY....it was originally settled by Indians even downtown Manhatten (farms at that time), prior to the original families from Europe who came via the Netherlands. The first white male was born in Manhatten shortly after their arrival. His sister, Maria (born in France) was an ancestor of both Roosevelt Presidents and Thomas Edison in her geneology.
The history is amazing and scary. The first encounters were friendly with the Indians, until a white woman and her baby were taken captive, and her husband and a party of settlers went and rescued them....the ending was brutal and those who took them captive were murdered.Please log in to respond to this comment.Native American spirits, angry and weeping, can be clearly discerned on many such old frontier properties and troubled areas, by sensitives.

I don't think that there is a "one method fixes all" approach to psychic protection. From what I have understood, psychic attacks are related to the intention of the individual. If a person seeks out negative energy or spririt, they will most likely find it, and a negative attack is very possible. It is interesting to read an account of an "innocent bystander", for lack of a better term, that has suffered a negative attack.Please log in to respond to this comment."Opposites attract", serves better as a functioning concept; demons are greatly attracted to those who are pious and reverent.
One, also, can simply be,"in the wrong place at the wrong time" to attract such a psychic attack from an unclean and predatory discorporate being.
Envisioning electric purple light, around one, universally serves to deter and counter such dark force entities, Jim.
That's a sure fire, "one method fixes all", approach.
