Alien Abduction Self Defense

When I was seventeen one of my abduction experiences ended violently.
One night I pretended to be asleep, going into deep, regular breathing, visualizing a dream I would like to be in.
The wallpaper on three walls bulged, and small beings with snouts and pear-shaped grey heads, which waggled quickly back and forth, approached the bed.
I had jumped up and grabbed the closest one to me around the neck, clutched the feather-like being's back to my own chest, pinioning him.
The creature frantically struggled to hit me with a rod-like device, but the pillows prevented the creature from hitting .
In panic, the creature squirmed and thrashed in my tightening grip. The others, in quick moves like jumping spiders scattered from the tight circle.
I tightened my grip and squeezed hard. Something brittle snapped in the creature's neck.
Suddenly the scene changed; I saw my whole family, brother, mother and father surgically eviscerated but alive.
On a black floor under hospital lights were lungs, intestines, strewn amidst gore, as they implored, pleaded with their eyes to save them.
The image was real, and confused and startled and distracted me.
I was convinced that real harm had come to my family and I loosened my grip.
My parents writhed in agony, butchered horribly in front of my eyes, opened or closed.
There was a dank, musty smell that permeated the room.
The creature in my arms, in self protection, in desperate panic to free itself, had flashed the image into my mind, but I had killed one of them.

Hi Paul. Can I ask you some questions?Is it more safe (alien-visitors in dreams etc) to sleep in the daytime instead of at night? Or is it just at worse to sleep at day?And:I read that you said that aliens might 'milk' ones chakras and kundalini. So I wonder - do you know if the fenomen 'kundalini rising' is good or bad? Some say kundalini rising is satanic others say it is the (only?) way to enlightenment...Thanks...Please log in to respond to this comment.Visualize the proper colors for each chakra and then get all of your chakras spinning(clockwise) and health and vitality and protection is yours;sleeping is when we are most vunerable;Iv'e had abductions(astral?) and physical 'visitations' when napping in the early afternoon so,I'd say that they move against us with impunity at any time of the day or night, when we are in REMs but nightime is commando tactics for them more so,perhaps:Thank you for two smart and incisive questions:Paul P.S. feel free to ask more questions and I shall attempt to assist youPlease log in to respond to this comment.
Thanks for the answers.I have dreamt that I suddenly for no reason had a huge pain near the base chakra (felt as if some strong corrosive substance had been applicated on me!). And when I woke up the same pain was still there for some minute. There is no way it was some kind of natural pain (it was definitly no chakra/kundalini activity!). I think it was made on purpose by 'someone'. So I wonder if something acctually was destroyed for real...Do aliens have 'the power' to really destroy ones chakras and kundalini and concioussness (squeezing it out from ones body etc...that's what they tried to do on me in one dream)? Or can they only 'pretend' they have the power...on planes that are 'less real' than this one?I don't see the justice if they have 'free hands' to do whatever they want and destroy peoples spiritual activities.Please log in to respond to this comment.They can do surgery on one in that abduction spiritual realm,while we seemingly sleep,that other dimensional realm into which our energies extend and one can awaken with ones body intact but with etherial implants and chakra damage.They are thieves of body and spirit.
